A STUDY OF THE LACE TEXTILE IN DOMESTIC INTERIOR USES
This project was developed in collaboration with the UK’s 2 remaining lace factories. Looking at contemporary interior and domestic uses for the textile.
The samples to the left was created with copper to create conductive lace. This material can be used to passively heat large rooms and spaces. such as galleries, without the need for dividing large open spaces.
This project forms the final master's thesis froms the final project for the Masters in European Design and brings together the skills acquired through the study of the course.
