This project was a collaboration with la patisserie numerique. A Paris start-up focusing on the 3D printing of biscuit patisserie.
The aim for this project was to find ways of integrating this 3D printing food into the kitchens of bakeries. looking at how the technology can be used in the industry around Paris
The result of this project was a set of 3D printed biscuit forms that could be printed for the base of the patisserie. Allowing the eater to hold the item at the base and enjoy the dessert.
